Welcome to ikakey, an audio-learning platform owned and operated by Lernarkys Edutainment Private Limited. By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the ikakey app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service & Content (Audio Lessons)

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to listen to the educational content for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Prohibited Actions: You strictly agree NOT to:
    • Record, download (unless permitted by the app’s offline feature), or redistribute our audio files.
    • Use any automated scripts or “bots” to scrape content from the app.
    • Share your login credentials with others.
  • Intellectual Property: All audio lessons, scripts, and branding are the sole property of Lernarkys Edutainment Private Limited and are protected by Indian Copyright Laws.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information (Name, Mobile, Email) during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments and Refunds (Razorpay)

  • Subscriptions: Premium content is accessible via paid subscriptions processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with prior notice.
  • Refunds: Since our service provides instant access to digital audio content, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription is activated, unless there is a technical failure on our part that prevents access.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy in our educational content (aligned with Balbharati/State Boards), ikakey is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any discrepancies in academic results or temporary service outages.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
